statistics

Net Promoter Score Net Promoter or Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a firm's customer relationships. It serves as an alternative to traditional customer satisfaction research and has been widely adopted with more than two thirds of Fortune 1000 companies using the metric. The tool aims to measure the loyalty that exists between a provider and a consumer. An NPS can be as low as −100 or as high as +100. NPS scores vary across different industries, but a positive NPS (i.e., one that is higher than zero) is generally deemed good, a NPS of +50 is generally deemed excellent, and anything over +70 is exceptional.

Staff holding a Professional
License or Certification State licensing boards and other certifying organizations like ASPRS (American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing), the GISCI (GIS Certification Institute) and the PMI (Project Management Institute) establish and maintain a set of rigorous criteria that must be achieved to become a recognized professional in our field of profession. They also oversee the ethical conduct of professionals in the field. When our clients work with Atlantic, they can rest easy knowing they are working with a high % of professionals, in key roles, that have achieved this status by passing both examinations, continuous education and a peer review.

Global Engagement
Index Score Atlantic uses a cloud-based tool called StandOut! developed by ADP and The Marcus Buckingham Company for weekly performance and job satisfaction check-ins with every member of the company. Each quarter, we measure the overall engagement of our team through a brief and repeatable survey within the platform. The overall level reported includes all responses from Atlantic staff and calculates the overall level of their engagement with Atlantic.
