We set our eyes on the West in 2015. Since that time, we have earned new clients throughout the Western U.S. and continue to expand our services. Our soon-to-be established Denver office will establish Atlantic’s permanent foothold in the West. Denver is a geospatial hub in the United States with a highly-trained workforce, subject matter experts and local access to some of Atlantic’s key federal client organizations. Denver also provides us with easy reach and access to any other point in the western U.S. With an abundance of uncharted territory and vast areas to map, we are looking forward to the new opportunities our Denver location will afford our growing company.
Rich Culture
The thriving culture of Denver creates a pulse for the city. A range of events in the area constantly entertain diverse people all year long. The many options allow the diverse citizens to not only find their niche, but also welcomes people to indulge themselves in new environments and opportunities. On top of constant possibilities, Denver offers multiple free events that are known across the country. Tour the mile-high capitol building, enjoy shows, and visit candy factories for free.
Economy
The craft beer, skiing, and scientific research industries boost the economy, but no single industry can take full credit for Denver’s rapid growth. The beer tasting culture is encouraged and offers recognition to prestigious companies.
The city has an extremely low unemployment rate, which some say is thanks to the Denver’s Day Work program. Luckily for Denverites, the income level is above the national average.
Beauty
Denver is neighbors with the Rocky Mountains; it’s just a short drive to reach the breath-taking beauty of nature in the mountains. They’re a national park, and the 415-square-mile coverage draws in visitors and citizens alike. An elk herd of over 1000 claim the mountains as home. If someone isn’t a nature person, the captivating beauty of the mountains will turn them into one.
Clean Streets
Visitors to Denver may notice the cleanliness of the city streets. The lack of litter and clutter may seem abnormal to some. City employees clean the streets with massive sweeping vehicles. The program runs from April to November and completely cleans the streets of Denver every month. The “Show Your Pride & Move Your Ride” campaign runs to encourage citizens to not park on the street during their designated cleaning time. It may not be common throughout the country, but the city streets are clean.
Out of all the places in the West, we picked Denver. We’re excited for our expansion to find home in Denver.
