Huntsville, Ala. (September 22, 2014) – Atlantic, a Huntsville-based company specializing in remote sensing, surveying and consulting services, is pleased to announce that Tim Stagg has joined the firm as a Vice President of business development. With this addition, Atlantic will expand its current office locations to include Easton, Maryland, thereby improving the ability to better serve clients in the DC and Northeast areas.
Mr. Stagg’s primary focus will be on expanding Atlantic’s reach into the federal market place, as well as expanding the firm’s current practice area portfolio. He will work directly with the firm’s executive team toward aligning its operational strengths and technical know-how with new lines of business.

Tim joins Atlantic from Quantum Spatial, Inc. (f/k/a Aero-Metric, Inc.) where his most recent assignment was Vice President of transportation business development. In total, Tim has 28 years of technical, sales, and business development experience in the geospatial profession. He is active in several professional organizations and is currently a member of the national MAPPS Board of Directors. Tim is a Marine Corps veteran, licensed pilot, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Frostburg State University.
