Ms. Durham has over 30 years of in-depth water resources management experience including FEMA flood mapping and National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) compliance, water resources and drought planning and environmental regulatory compliance.  Ms. Durham will be a valuable resource for many of Atlantic’s markets with a primary focus on expanding support of FEMA and USGS programs, consulting with Federal, State and Local clients on innovative approaches to problem solving and increasing collaboration among partners on existing federal contracts.

Ms. Durham is actively involved in many national organizations including ASFPM, ASCE, AWRI, and ASDSO.  Ms. Durham has provided technical and policy-level support to FEMA as past co-chair of ASFPM’s Mapping and Engineering Standards committee and representing state partners on FEMA’s federal advisory committee (TMAC) for three years. She is a Professional Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from Auburn University and Mathematics from Huntingdon College.
